1. You are currently the Finance Manager at Energizer Holdings – one of the world’s largest manufacturers, marketers and distributors of household batteries and a global leader in automotive care. You grew up in China and went to Nanjing university. Tell us how did you end up in US and holding a leadership finance role in a multi-national business?

2. The pandemic has seen huge changes in the way we work, live, and socialise. Which of these, if any, do you think will be permanent or at least long-lasting?

3. On your recent LinkedIn post, you mentioned that “Women are often asked to switch between roles. It is hard to find balance during this process. But it is critical to do so.” We couldn’t agree with you more. How do you switch between roles?
